Finally the rain has ended.
So cooling now.Or maybe it is just cold.

Had a very heavy and sinful dinner.
Turkey and fries and more fries for me.
Yum~I miss fries.
There are alot of yummies out there that are women' woes and foes.
I have summoned a list in order of ur own preference.
1)Cakes!
Who can resist that?
From choco fudge to Strawberry short cake to pound cakes to ice cream cakes to cheese cakes and alot of other heavenly kings and queens cakes.
Who the hell created their existence and their family lines just keep expanding!
2)Chocolates!
Rochers,Mon Cheries,M&Ms,Mars,Snickers etc.My god!
3)Ice creams!
From Swesens to the cheap potongs.All sort of flavors out there to lure n kill u.
4)Cheese!
Unless ya vegetarian or allergic to diary,we all know too much cheese is oh so fattening but you just cant help but ask for more.You rather risk and top ur pizza/pasta with extra extra extra extra cheese and get a cheese hang over the next morning.
5)Fries!
Did I just said that I miss them.
Whether you like them plain,salty,dip with ketchup,chilli,tartar,curry,bbq or even just ice cream.It is a lethal weapon that cause ur tummy to 'pa-bow'.Geddit?
6)Cookies!
We all know what's inside a cookie and what harm it does.But the fragrance,its' guilty parties along is what it takes to make u faint along the street.
Now dun deny the reaction/response you produce whenever u walked past Famous Amos,till u find the smell too strong.
7)Brownies!
The killer prince!
You have it solo,have it cold,have it hot,have it with companion like ice cream and choco sauce!
Once it's infront of u,you cant help but push it in ur mouth.
Once you did that?Happy marathon to burn it away.
8)Luncheon meats/Hams/Sausages/Corn beef.
Now these are my fav anytime!You can have it with breads,with rice,with noodles or just them alone.
These are high saturated fat and cholestrol pdts.And their processed ingredient and dunno which chemical is cancerous.
BUT you must have aleast eaten half a hundred times(and I bet more) in ur whole lifetime.
9)Instant noodles.
I myself have tried to cut down on this one coz other than the fact it is really unhealthy,(talk abt wax and all),it is highly fattening as well.Their carbo is something u really dun need.
But who can resist:
a)the convenience,
b)the flavours,(oh..curry,spicy,chicken,abalone,seafood ...)
c)and damn..it still taste good or sometimes even better than outside noodles huh?
10)All the damn fried food in the world.
This includes stuffs like chicken wings,cutlets,fish n chips,fries(again) and a damn lot that I cant think of this moment.
We all know fat is ok but excess and unwanted fat like trans fats,which is found in most of the food we eat,caused our waist budging,our arms flabby,thighs fattening,tummy rounding,face just become bigger~
And pple like me will never be disciplined enough to exercise n kill them off.
So..so...
It's ok to eat.But watch what u eat.
In moderation.And in times of needs,cut them down to a minimal.
Does this spoil ur appetite?
Well..I have no idea why I would talk about this suddenly.
It is just the sudden notion that runs in my mind.
Tml is gonna be a boring day.
Feel lazy to face the town.
But I have to.
At least to return my books.
And something more urgent is pressing on.
Hey dear...One more thing.
It's nice to help ur bro with e jigsaw.But if it is something for his gf,let him do it himself la.
Coz if im the gal,and that I know this gift is not by his own and only his efforts(I know the gal wouldnt know,but relatively speaking....)I just wouldnt be too please with the gift.

But say...if they are serious abt each other and she is a normal gal with mood ups and downs,well...I guess my 'theory' wont be too far from right.
